Is it possible to do a click & collect or hand delivery in Mulhouse?
No, this is not possible because we have a shop to welcome you.

Where do the clothes come from?
We have some of the clothes that come straight from Turkey (premium quality).
Then, a part of Italy and Paris, carefully chosen to offer you very good quality.
What are the delivery times?
We prepare and ship your order within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery times then vary depending on your location:
- Metropolitan France: 48 to 72 hours via Colissimo | 4 to 5 working days via Mondial Relay
- Germany: 4 to 7 working days
- International: 7 to 10 days (may vary depending on your location)
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your package in real time via the carrier's website.
Can I return an item if it doesn't suit me?
You have 14 days after receipt to return an item if it does not suit you.
It must be: unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging with label.
How to make a return?
1. Send us a return request to pro.esaboutique@gmail.com with your order number.
2. We will send you the detailed instructions.
3. Once the package is received and checked, we will proceed to refund or exchange.
Note: the return slip must be prepared by you.
Are return costs my responsibility?
Yes, except in the event of an error on our part (defective or incorrect item).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal and Apple Pay.
Is payment secure?
Yes! All transactions are encrypted and secure thanks to our certified payment partner.
How do I know that my order has been validated?
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is paid. Otherwise, the payment was unsuccessful. You must resubmit your payment.

Are there any customs fees?
The prices of our products are displayed in euros, taxes included, but excluding customs duties .
For orders outside the European Union, customs fees may apply according to local regulations.
