Can I return an item if it doesn't suit me?

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

How to request a return?

  1. Contact us at pro.esaboutique@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send you detailed instructions.
  3. Send us the item in its original condition.
  4. Once the package is received and checked, we will proceed with the refund within 2 working days.

Are return costs my responsibility?

- Yes, return costs are your responsibility.
- Exception: If the error is ours (incorrect or defective item), we will cover the costs.

How do I get reimbursed?

Once the item has been returned and validated, we will refund you using the same payment method used when you placed your order.

Shipping costs are excluded from the refund.

What if my item is defective or I received the wrong order?

Are there any customs charges? (non-EU countries)

The prices of our products are displayed in euros, taxes included, but excluding customs duties.

For orders outside the European Union, customs fees may apply according to local regulations. ESA Boutique cannot be held responsible for additional costs or delays related to customs formalities.
